We prepare these gorgeous ballotines from turkeys hatched + grown on the Moir family’s small farm in Lewis County, Washington, then processed right there on site + delivered fresh to our shop within a day or two.
Turkeys are pasture-raised, broad-breasted whites. Non-GMO feed from northeast Washington. No soy, no corn. The best turkey you have ever had. (We buy all the Moir Farm birds, they’re so good!)
