Delivery of packaged frozen cuts in December 2024, Pricing for beef is 7.50$/lb/hanging weight A quarter of beef HW (hanging weight) is apx. 200 lbs. Harvest and cut and wrap fees are included in this price. Average yield from HW to finished packaged beef is 60% resulting in a final cost of apx. 11.50$/lb for your finished packaged beef- compare to no-named source (like Butcherbox.com) at over 14$ per lb and remember- this is a hyper-local sustainable beef share!

Pasture-raised, finished for 8 months on NW grain and spent malt from the SPSCC beer-making program. Beef are angus heifers and steers and will be 19 to 23 months at harvest. Great marbling, a healthy fat-cap and fantastic flavor are the hallmarks of these cattle.
